The backbone for all of the assignments we take on (research & executive search) is our unique research service, which provides our clients with the best possible talents in the marketplace. Sometimes our clients want ESR to handle the entire recruitment process (both research and the last part on the recruitment process). In so called traditional executive search assigments we in addition to do the research also cross interview the candidates (face to face), conduct extensive reference checks and participate in the finale negotiations between client and candidate to ensure closing/hire. When we take on these traditional executive search assignments we provide a 6 month guarantee, meaning we find a new candidate free of charge if this is needed.
More than 30% of all the assignments that we take on are so called traditional executive search assignments. In total we have done more than 600 traditional executive search assignments. Unlike, other executive search firms in the marketplace our fee for all positions, irrelevant of level or industry is fixed. |
