Executive Search Research (ESR) provides companies with recruitment needs with a short list of candidates who are highly qualified and interested in the specific opportunity presented to them. ESR conducts extensive market research and due diligence in order to identify the candidates that specific markets have to offer. Once comprehensive target lists of companies and candidates have been identified ESR consultants and researchers use traditional search methods to phone screen and interview prospective candidates. Upon the completion of these steps, ESR then hands over the search to the client, thereby empowering their clients with the data and information that has been collected about candidates and target companies. This includes original resumes and contact information.
Thanks to this unique model the client becomes the headhunter and no longer has the need to work with an executive search firm. ESR provides you with better quality candidates than the traditional executive search firms, due to a more thorough research process and non-"recycling" of candidates. The process is simply faster, thanks to a block system where ESR bundles all the hours into a block. This means that a research consultant at ESR can only work on one assignment at the time. As a result of having perfected the search process, ESR is able to complete assignments in less than three weeks. Due to the client being responsible for the last part of the process the savings are substantial. On average the costs of using ESR are only one third of the cost of using a retained search firm.
