Executive Search Research (ESR)
has been providing an alternative to traditional internal and outsourced recruitment (Executive Search) since 1997.
Through a standardized and proven model based on principals and techniques used by the top five executive search firms in the USA, ESR has become the leading provider of quality candidates in both Scandinavia and in the US. From 1997 to 2001 ESR worked exclusively for more than 50 executive search firms in Scandinavia, which then outsourced the entire candidate identification and screening process to ESR. To also allow companies to eliminate the "middleman" ESR decided in 2001 to provide them with the same unique research service as previously only executive search firm had access to. During the same year ESR also started its US office (Los Angeles),
which since then has grown to become a leading provider of top talent to a number of Fortune 500 companies as well the leading US executive search firms.
ESR has worked on more than 3500 various positions, covering all industries, with a repeat of 85% and a closing (hire ratio) of 80%. The unique work model that consists of mapping the entire market place (turning every stone) on each assignment has enabled our clients to get a guarantee of always getting the best possible candidates. ESR has through its thorough work model successfully built the most extensive candidate database in Scandinavia containing more than 98,000 highly recommended passive (all working) candidates. The same candidate database was also built for the US.
SR has offices in Los Angeles, London and Oslo, and presently employs 17 full-time consultants, 7 of whom focus on the Scandinavian market (Norway, Sweden and Denmark) from London and Oslo. All consultants have extensive experience from the top leading international executive search firms before joining Executive Search Research. |
